Dimethicone

Dimethicone, also known as Polydimethylsiloxane or PDMS, is a widely used silicon-based organic polymer. It is commonly used in cosmetics and personal care products for its skin protection properties. Dimethicone when mixed in a solution with stearic acid and PVP, forms an invisible barrier over the skin.
