My Account

If I have a Shop.com account, can I use the same username and password for my BMV by SHOP.COM Marketplace account?

Yes. In fact, we recommend it. Even if you already have a Shop.com account, you will also need to register for an account on the BMV by SHOP.COM Marketplace.

Orders

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, once you have placed an order, it cannot be cancelled. After you receive your order, you may return any unwanted items following the Return Policy.

I received a damaged item. What do I do?

We want you to be happy with your order. If you received an item that is defective or damaged, please notify us at customerservice@exquirofulfillment.com. Include your name, the order number, and as much information as you can about the damage. We will respond within 1-2 business days with instructions.

How can I return a book?

We will gladly accept the return of any item you purchased in its original, unmarked and unused condition within 30 days of the shipment date. A full refund, less shipping charges, will be promptly issued to your credit card. A copy of the packing slip must accompany all returns, which is included with the purchase. If you do decide to return your purchase, please send the package by UPS, USPS insured, or any other method that provides insurance and tracking. You should retain the insurance and shipping receipt showing when and how you sent it until the credit appears on your charge card account.

Is my personal account information safe?

Yes. We value credit card security and have taken precautions to ensure that your payment information is processed confidentially and securely. We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), an encryption technology that protects your credit card information. SSL encrypts all ordering information (name, address, credit card number) so no one can read it as it travels over the Internet. The encrypted data goes to a secure site where your information is stored on restricted-access computers located at restricted-access sites.

What is your privacy policy?

Identifying information is only collected on registration pages, feedback pages, or order forms. In addition, information is collected in certain portions of sites in which visitors specifically and knowingly provide such information along with orders, suggestions, and feedback. We may use such information for editorial and feedback purposes to the extent that is explained when visitors provide the information. We do not provide any personal, corporate, or organizational identifying information, regardless of its source, to any third party for any purpose. We will not sell, lease, give or lend email addresses of individuals or lists of email addresses on our server to any third party for any purpose. Visitors' email addresses are never posted on this or any other web sites.

Standard Shipping – Delivery in 3-10 Business Days

How can I track my order?

Click "My Account" and log in with your email address and password. You will be able to see the status of your order, including the tracking number, when provided by the shipper.

Blio eBooks

What is a Blio eBook?

Blio eBooks are digital versions of books that can be read on PCs or mobile devices.

How do I buy a Blio eBook from the Shop.com Bookstore?

Find the eBook of your choice, then click the "Buy Now" button on the product page. Enter your credit card information to complete your purchase. Your new eBook will be waiting for you in your Blio eReader Library.

If you haven’t already created a BMV by SHOP.COM Marketplace account, you will be asked to do so before you can complete your purchase. NOTE: You must use the same username and password for your BMV by SHOP.COM Marketplace account as for your Blio eReader account in order for your eBooks to appear in your library.

Do I need a special device to read my Blio eBook?

No. You can download the free Blio eReader application to any PC, iPhone/iPad and Android device and read.

How do I read a Blio eBook?

First, buy or download a free Blio eBook.
Second, open the Blio eReader and download your Blio eBook into your Library.
Third, click the book cover to open and read the book.

The eBooks I have purchased do not appear in my Library. What can I do?

Are you signed in to your eReader account?

From within the Blio eReader app, if you see a welcome screen you need to signed in.

If you are not signed in to your eReader account, click the "Sign In" button. Log in or create a new eReader account using the same username and password you used on the Shop.com Bookstore website to purchase your books.

When you have confirmed that you are signed in, check that your username and password are the same username and password you used on the BMV by SHOP.COM Marketplace website to purchase your eBook. They must be identical for your eBooks to appear in your library

Why is there sometimes a delay between the book release and the Blio eBook release?

We try our best to put Blio eBooks and books on sale simultaneously, but in many cases, for reasons beyond our control, Blio eBooks are not released on the same date as the print version.

How can I get help with downloading or reading my Blio eBooks?

Be sure you are connected to the web. From within the eReader, click the setting gear icon next to the word "Library", click the "Help" link, then click "? Support." You will be taken to a support center where you can search for help or contact a representative.

I can’t log into my account. What can I do?

From within the eReader, click the "Sign In" button. Click the "Forgot Your Password?" link to have your password sent to your email address.

From the BMV by SHOP.COM Marketplace website, click "Sign In" and enter your email address under "Forgot your password?" to have your password sent to your email address.

How often can I download a Blio eBook?

Based on our Digital Rights Management (DRM) agreements, you may download a Blio eBook from your BMV by SHOP.COM Marketplace account on up to 5 devices.

What is DRM?

Digital Rights Management (DRM) is used to ensure that a specific copy of a Blio eBook is owned by one owner, and is not shared illegally. This ensures that copyright laws are respected and that authors and publishers are fairly compensated.

DRM means that when you buy a Blio eBook, you own that copy forever, unless you delete it from your online digital library. You can read it on up to five devices.

If I use another Blio-based eReader app, will my previously purchased books be available in my eReader library?

Yes, if you use the same username and password for your Blio eReader as you have used for other Blio eReader apps, your previous purchases will appear in your library.
